Solution: If you truly love her and believe this was a one time, drunken incident...and she loves you...you have all the leverage in the world. 1) Make her admit cheating to her parents. 2) Ask her to agree to move to wherever your dream location would be so you don't have to live life feeling embarrassed when you run into folks that know what happened. If she agrees to #'s 1 and 2...3) Go to vegas and get married after you have found a place in your dream town.
