I would ignore it. I would also spark a conversation with the husband, while his wife was listening about a friend of yours that got caught messing with another man's wife. And that you would never even think about cheating on your wife, period. Just a casual conversation with him. That lets his wife know you're not interested. You confront her and there's no telling what she may do.

It’s likely they are swingers. Ask your buddy if he’s ever been to one of those swingers clubs. There are ways to figure this out without telling your buddy his wife is trying to ride the bull.

This. Had a similar situation and once I understood the assignment I went with it. Still really good friends with them and surprisingly no weirdness.
