It would be news if the interstate was actually moving at or near the posted speed limit. Unfortunately this is an everyday issue.

Wonderful. I should have a fun time getting home from Brusly today. It kills me that if I could go right across the river I would be home in 10 minutes but instead it takes me an hour just to get up LA-1 and over the MS bridge.

I feel like they should just make traffic accidents a part of the roadway. Don't even bother with cleaning it up, just leave it there. Can't make daily traffic any worse.
