Sounds like they both are at fault.
Neither one of them obviously know how to communicate properly with each other.
She shouldn't be turning down her husband so much.
He DEF shouldn't send out an email while she is on a business trip. Unless he wants her to possibly lose her job.
Women are emotional as hell(duh). I can imagine how difficult it was for her on that trip to focus on her job when he won't have any contact with her.
My husband and I have a rule. No arguments before I have to go to work. If we do...we have to agree to make up before I leave for work. I have other people's lives in my hands at work....I can't be distracted by a stupid fight with my husband before I left for work. And 12 hours at a hospital is torture for me if we are pissed off at each other.

Nah, she ain't cheating. She mentioned she gained weight. That right there plays into the no sex big time.
Like others said....women don't have sex when they don't feel sexy.
Sounds like she let that and their life being busy get in the way of an important part of a marriage...their sex life.

When I was 26 years old 3 times a month just wouldn't cut it. Hell I'm 42 and get it more than that. I don't know if I can remember a time when my wife turned me down.

Sounds to me like the dude is fed up and this is the crossing of his Rubicon. In other words, he did this to burn his bridges with his wife. My guess is, she'll come home to find him gone.

Well, in his case, since they just bought a house and are married it would be good to at least take a stab at making it work, and I'm sure he doesn't want to deal with a divorce.
My guess is he strategically sent it when she was gone so he could freeze her out and let her mind wander. Is he banging someone else when I'm gone? After a couple days he'll respond. But he has sent across his message: fix the problem when you get back or I'll drop you like a hot potato.
