I'd like to buy that guy a beer.

I'd do very similar, except I would stop just short of killing him. I rather torture the SOB for the rest of his life.

His previous arrests included drugs, arson, unlawful imprisonment, robbery and assault. In one particularly heinous 2003 case, he pleaded guilty to unlawful imprisonment for holding a 17-year-old girl captive for two days.

Authorities said the teen was sexually abused, stabbed and beaten — suffering a black eye, lacerations and a dislocated shoulder.

They let this Mf out of jail after doing that shite. They should beat the judge with a tire iron as well.

The enraged husband swung the weapon at Nash — driving him into the elevator. He followed with several more blows, in a beating that lasted up to two minutes, sources said.

Nash fought back with a belt, but the pounding left him with a fractured skull, sources said.

Hell yes.

So what you're saying is that Earl had to die?

Now this is an a-hole that needs beating with a tire iron.

I'm honestly not sure there is a more pathetic excuse for a man on the planet.

The guy just oozes weakness and worthlessness. He's the Corporal Upham of American politics.

Make this relative to your wife or girlfriend. If I got that call that he was beating/raping my wife as I was parking, got a tire tool, went in and my naked, bleeding, bruised, beaten wife said "that's him" I am going to act as a reasonable man would.

It is only good fortune that we later learn that the man was a career violent criminal who is no longer able to victimize innocents.

Earl got what he earned, just a few years too late.

That's what's so messed up with our country/world.. Why can't we look at this with common freaking sense. This dude should get a reward.. He should receive 2000 dollars and a chance to do it again once this guy heals up. I bet if that was the case less people would rape and more people would be looking harder for the rapist and kicking their asses to get that reward.
I mean, I have no issues whatsoever with what the dude did.

The problem is, if you start letting people hand out vigilante justice, they'll begin taking it too far and also handing it out to the wrong person, and then we're just making the problems worse.

The thing for me here is, lots of people commit crimes then get off lightly with the insanity plea. Couldn't this dude use a form of that? IHow can anyone expect the guy to act in his right mind and do the right thing in this situation?

So the guy didn't even rape his wife? Did he catch him in in the act of trying to?

If so, then props!

But this kinda worries me, as we all know ladies have used the 'rape' thing many times as a lie.

That certainly doesn't seem to apply here, but that's another reason why you can't just allow citizens to dish out justice any time they want.

Wanna know how I know that you didn't read any of the articles or any of the multiple posts about what happened?

Diallo was initially charged with manslaughter by cops, but during his arraignment at Bronx Criminal Court, the charges were dropped to two counts of assault, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon.

At the hearing, which was attended by more than a dozen members of Diallo’s family and mosque, prosecutors didn’t ask for bail, and instead said they would agree to whatever Judge Julio Rodriguez thought was best. He released Diallo on his own recognizance.
