The problem is, if you start letting people hand out vigilante justice, they'll begin taking it too far and also handing it out to the wrong person, and then we're just making the problems worse.

How the frick was he even on the streets after this? The justice system here is such a joke. People can go to jail for life because of non-violent drug offenses but murderers and rapists can walk the streets after serving some time.
