No that's crazy. Can you imagine the huge fans you'd need for that? The best idea is to drop a nuke right in the eye. It disrupts its center of circulation and BOOM no more hurricane.

Positive. I know what I know. Nukes would decimate it, causing the CoC to stop spinning. It would also vaporize the moisture in the air and destroy the clouds. You'd be left with a naked swirl.

I guess theoretically that could work, but you'd need a large distribution force. A nuke could work if it didn't vaporize the powder.
