I mean that’s what the HWRF is currently forecasting, but it has a historical bias of bombing out pretty much any tropical system, regardless whether it’s even been developed or a central location has been identified.

No it's not, it looks ignorant. Everyone knows meteorologists aren't going to be absolutely correct every time, nor is that the expectation.
