Well I responded to you about 6 page back too.

So odd how benign it is here (Mandeville) yet things look so bad so far to the East.

Sitting on the back porch in Biloxi. Probably didn't even need to put my cushions away.
I'm north of I-10 and not around any rivers so no worries about flooding. I've seen August afternoon thunderstorms worse than this. Still got power.

Ahh, gotcha. I went back and saw it. I don't want to throw GeauxMedic or his site under the bus. They provide quality information. No hate on my end.

If I didn’t see that big storm on the radar next to me, I’d have no idea. Not even raining here.

Winds must not be mixing down from aloft. Which is great if your report is accurate.

Hey Slack is thing thing done over in Mobile? I've been watching football all day and thought I would ask since I've adopted you as my go to weatherman.

Just got about 60 seconds of heavy rain in Harrison County. Now it's just raining a little.

We are around Cedar Lake/Popp's Ferry. Nothing to report here either. I see the back bay is causing some floding but we are far enough away for it to be a non issue. Still have power here as well.

Has it even really started in Mobile yet? I thought that came overnight.
