Meaning it stayed with the 20 something mile shift to the east in the forecast earlier this evening

Or, in 5.5 hours it's dropped 4 mb.

Yeah the HWRF and HMON are within the cone, if that's what your'e asking. They're both east of New Orleans by a decent amount, although they may clip the Venice area.
