Back side of Milton... 109 mph Wind gust in Bradenton (as per Cantore)

Showing 102 gust at the Bradenton airport so that’s believable.

Then reading stopped updating after the 102 mph. 69 mph sustained.

Back side was stronger at that location.

It’s the earnest deposit. I’m well within my inspection window, contract is contingent on appraisal and force majuer is currently at play to boot. I will absolutely get it back.

ETA: Fingers crossed though nothing crazy and we still move forward. It’s taken months to find something not 700k in the right school zone with enough space.

Many of the tide gauges haven’t reported since 8pm eastern. They’re usually pretty quick to update.

Seeing some really weird lightning in Tampa accompanied by a loud Thud — it almost sounds like the Tripods from War of the Worlds powering their weapons system — at first I thought it was a transformer blowing up until I saw it over the tree line — been going on for the last hour or so. I thought lightning during hurricanes was abnormal—it’s honestly unnerving,
