Leaving from Br going to Kentucky
If you can get out early tomorrow, you'll be ok. There shouldn't be massive evacuations. Just want to be clear into central MS at least by nightfall.
Going Wednesday morning risks running into some damage on I59 and the storm it's self up I55.

If you HAVE to make a decision tonight, better to be ready to go tomorrow than having this thing strengthen and shift west some, then you’re towing a horse trailer through nasty weather on Wednesday.

What does the wind field look like on this thing?

Can you leave after lunch or so? This would be the best thing

55 is probably going to be a better bet than 59.
The longer you can wait the less traffic you might catch, if it's a CF then you shouldn't go. It should be on the downgrade by then, we hope.
Good luck.

Problem is we can’t leave early.

looks like the center is on the western edge of the convection blowup.
Next recon pass will confirm but it looks like the LLC is slipping out almost due west.

Low level circulation. You could see it on radar around 7pm that it was shifting west.

The late run Tuesday is risky but you might get out ahead of it on I55 and miss the weather, assuming light traffic. I wouldn't risk I59 since the worst of the storm will trail over it at an earlier point. It'll be weaker and later over I55.
Now later on Wednesday, you'll know where the storm went and the open road options but you might have a closure or two to worry about.
It's not ideal either way.

So what are you asking? If the storm doesn’t directly strike Baton Rouge, leave whenever you feel would be the best time. Use your route and the news to plan accordingly. Nobody here has a correct answer

Depending on your route but I’d think it might be a little rough in SW Miss on Wed.
