I said its on right? My answering machine picked up over an hour ago. he said yeah, it came on for about 10 minutes then has been off. Three days later I got it back

Luckily the really high rain totals so far are basically on beach towns. Can drain quickly.

Ocracoke's highest gust was 80 mph.

Isaac is actually very concerning because it's showing resiliency against shear. I have a feeling the next run on the computers are going to show it strengthening and turning.
