Something about that post is racist. I just can’t put my finger on it

That outflow is really pushing out toward the NW. What gets sucked in must come out, and establishing that outflow channel will allow Dorian to pull in more heat. Good signal for strengthening to come.

Friend of mine just called me to tell me he just cancelled his trip to Mouseland for this weekend (They were going Sat - Tuesday with the kids to checkout the new Star Wars Land) and are going to San Antonio instead.
It's not canceling a trip to Punta Cana but I thought the O-T would like to hear about these real world casualties =)

Maybe because it's not a gulf coast storm at the moment (hopefully never), thankfully this thread has seen a minimal amount of "I live/am traveling to X. Will this effect me? Should I reschedule?", especially when the storm is quite a few days away.
I can't fathom being that ignorant of weather and your own surroundings to even ask those questions.

Latest NHC track picking up on a slower storm. Now Dorian is just off shore Monday afternoon as a cat 4 and still inland on Tuesday afternoon.

Disney on a holiday weekend, when a new land has opened.
That's definitely a Neaux Tigers from me.
I like Disney. They love Disney. I guess that's the difference.

This is not me wish casting but could Dorian move so slow when it turns west or even south west could it miss the weakness from the trough and be steered west into the Gulf by a ridge?

Could someone link the page that shows the shift in the NHC cone from previous advisories?

I'm traveling to denham springs from BR on Tuesday, will the storm affect my plans?

Dr. Knabb (TWC... I know I know) just said everyone from Louisiana to North Carolina needs to be watching Dorian
