My Jacksonville office is still scheduled to be open on Tuesday and Wednesday. Pretty dumb. I’ll take PTO if that’s the case. Not driving in tropical storm/cat 1 winds. Plus kiddo happening anytime here.

How was the camera still working and how are they still streaming on YouTube? Those winds are crazy!

I’m in zone A as well in NB. We might be headed to a friends off 9B but not sure yet. We might stick it out here.

You're in Neptune as well? I am still debating what to do.

ETA: tides here this week have been as high as I have seen them in the Intracoastal. Could be a lot of flooding in areas already prone to it.

Hurricane strength winds now extend 75 miles from the center and the eyewall has expanded to 30 miles in diameter.

I’m aware. Yet the office is still open. Maybe they’ll change their mind. I’m not going either way.

Jessica Fernandez from ABC 10 is live broadcasting from Marsh Harbor and she said the water is up to the second floor of the hotel she is staying at and the water is continuing to rise.

Yea. We are closer to the IC than the beach. But we haven’t had flooding in past storms surprisingly.

Same here, right near Neptune Elementary off Florida Blvd. More worried about tress falling frankly, bu we do have a creek nearby. I'm about 10 feet above that.

And then lemon bar and you’ve done my favorite combo.

Those cheeseburger tacos are the best.

Rman stay safe my friend and if everything is OK after this storm we need to get together for a couple LSU games. I am not under mandatory evaluation right now because I am on the west side of the intercoastal in Nocatee but south Ponte Vedra Beach is under a mandatory right now.
