Cmon dude. Yeah its well known he was a selfish self promoter and did crush careers, he also catapulted wrestling into the mainstream like no one else. It wouldnt be where it is today without Hulk. Terry the man behind the mask may have been flawed, but who isnt. Hulk Hogan was an icon.
RIP brother.

Damn... The Undertaker finally got him, brother
It was the nWo storyline in WCW which finally pulled me into watching wrestling... so I guess you could say Hogan was a huge part of my fandom

When Sting joined them it was the biggest coup I had ever experienced.

Loved him as a kid
He did a lot for wrestling, good and bad.

Man. This fricking sucks. A true icon. Kids today will never know how big of deal Hulk Hogan was for us.
He was flawed, we all are, and I’m not gonna try to defend him and said flaws but one thing is for sure- as far as wrestling goes we don’t have any of what we have today without the Hulkster.

Bubba the Love Sponge had been trying to tell people how bad of shape Hogan was in, but they didn’t listen

Hogan may haunt the Undertaker for him so callously "breaking" Hogan's neck with that botched tombstone. Hulk had the fastest recovery ever seen from a broken neck, but his emotions never healed from having to put over that sniveling, talentless hack that was a young 'Taker.

Hulk dominated my childhood from the red and yellow days and then the nWo run around, the back end of that I had checked out of wrestling…but still tough day

Ozzy and Hogan in the same week? This is too much for me to handle

Theo Huxtable fits in this category.

A true patriot. I wasn’t a wrestling fan, but he seemed like a good dude. RIP

would argue though the most egregious behavior usually stems from the companies themselves (WCW, TNA) giving Hogan more control than he any one talent should ever have which isn't necessarily Hogan's fault.
This is fair

Nah, man, don't be disrespectful. Theo and the Cosby Show were in every home in the '80s. If you grew up with Hulk and Ozzy, Cosby was also a part of your childhood. RIP to all three.
