That zombie fentanyl lean is real. I saw one yesterday just stopped over like he was staring at his shoes at an intersection. Completely fricking out of it. I thought he was puking but no puke, just staring at his shoes for the entire light cycle.

They tried to do one in Moss Bluff but the people caught wind of it and it is already shut down. The developer said he didnt want to fight the people of Moss Bluff.

Yes
This all came up the same time. That one had yet to be zoned for it. This one zoning was done. It was supposed to be used for something else but Westlake brass didn't want that storage or whatever.
Developer said fine, you don't want the other then you'll get HUD and there's nothing you can do about it basically.

Some of those aren't as terrible as they seem on the surface. Sometimes there are specific requirements outside of just low incomes the people have to meet in order to qualify. The one behind Home Depot, the one by the old Pine Shadows golf course, and the one off of McNeese St behind Doug Ashey have yet to turn into the BS you usually associate with low-income housing.
