No, the idiot in the car that is swerving all over the place is responsible.

All I know is motorcycle drivers are almost as bad as the fricking douchebags riding bicycles down busy highways. frick anyone on 2 wheels when I’m trying to get home in the highway.

Was sitting on the line waiting for the light to turn green under the interstate in br, light turns green and I start moving forward, not gassing it by any means, and all of a sudden two Harley’s come from my left in the turning lane and and pass all traffic and whip over in front of me. I had to swerve to keep from clipping the last guy, didn’t even honk at his dumbass and I got the bird. I was almost baffled as to why that idiot was pissed off for making me almost hit him. Absolutely unreal how people think others should respect them when they are idiots.

Those two lived up to their name. That was one of the worst instances of idiocy I’ve seen by someone on a couple hundred pound vehicle versus a truck. No sympathy here.

Is it bad that, during that video, all I could focus on was the fact that the reporter mentioned that this incident took place in the middle of "Rush Hour" and I was jealous as to how sparse and free moving the traffic was?
