How’s your phone setup...case, no protection?

I’m trying the tempered glass overlay for the first time. It seems to leave a good bit of the edge exposed, but people say they work.

No case, but...a cork skin on the back glass. Easier to hold onto, some protection.

Just checking on everyone’s EDC setup...and my leather backed phone 6 looked so terrible I figured I’d update.

I think I fixed the flaw that undermined that version, we’ll see.

I never use protection. Always makes you feel like you are living on the edge.

I just use a ziploc bag for protection.

Can confirm they work. Dropped my X out of the boat while cleaning it and it dropped a good 7-8 feet face first on the concrete. Broke the tempered glass but the actual phone screen is perfectly fine. Been sitting on my arse for 2 months instead of getting my free replacement sent in

Those would be super cheap granite countertops, that’s just a roll around little table we use as an island.

Tempered glass protector works until you drop it face first into pile of 57 stone.

Screen protector and Pellican case. Bulky but worth it for me.

Use the UAG cases for a few of mine over the years and they are great. Dropped my phone plenty of times and all is good. They are not nearly as bulky as most cases.

Life prof the day I got my phone. 2 years later I had to replace the case. They sent me a brand new case for $5 shipping. Phone is flawless. Dropped it at least twice a day.

Might have been a bit strange to tape it to the table and sand the shite out of it.

Been using the Otterbox defender on my iPhones for years and never had a problem. Drop them occasionally, even dropped them a few feet onto a driveway facedown a couple times, and it was unharmed.
