I suspect Nevada will be neutral and welcome everyone to see a show and play high stakes games.

Texas is probably in the best position. Enough people to maintain necessary agricultural and O&G activity while still being able to send out sizeable invasion forces

Avoiding areas where 90+% of the murders and other violent crime happens isn't necessarily being scared, it's being smart. Statistically speaking you are much more likely likely to be a victim of violent crime in these areas

Do you think Arkansas and Kentucky would pose problems if their fighters were in the mountains? Tennessee has mountain experience but would you march on those states? They would have the high ground.
I think for KY you sweep into the flat west with your superior numbers and isolate the sparsely populated east.
