Think about how awesome his life must be though thanks to you. 
He was down on his luck and his buddies hooked him up with a great job, he gets to be around younger women all day, & he pretends to get angry easily so his colleagues do all his work. If that’s what being old in the workplace is, sign me up.
Don’t leave your job though, he needs you to stick it out.

I’m in a similar situation. It’s just me and a guy who’s pushing 70. Our job isn’t hard, but over the last 5-7 years it’s gone to almost completely online where before everything was on paper.
Basically every time something changes my coworker refuses to learn how to do it the new way which just leaves me doing it. And my boss just ignores him.
It is what it is but I will be expecting the same from some young punk when I’m over 60 and checked out.
