It probably has to do with evolutional location and the factors there.
In sub-Saharan africa, especially in the West, the tribes spent their time on mostly flat land. The veldt. Lots of large predators, rhinos and elephants and other dangerous animals. Not a lot of places to hide so running was a very valuable skill and those that ran fastest escaped, the slower ones didn’t.
The human eye sees more shades of green than any other color
Compare that to Europe, predators aren’t as big or fast usually, and the landscape was more temperate to wooded or even tundra.
So the sub-Saharan African that was the fastest runner survived. The European that could outwit and outthink the predator in the woods and mountains survived.

Your question makes no sense. Black people aren’t inherently better at football. To become a professional athlete in any field, it’s a combination of genetic predisposition, early childhood motor skill exposure, two+ decades of consistent dedication and training, etc. More black people (65% of the league) than white people (30% of the league) meet that criteria for football. So, more black people are in the NFL. More white people than black people meet that criteria for baseball. It’s where interests lie.

Exactly. Last time you watched a white boxer? Last time you watched a great white running back in the NFL? Boxing and NFL are modern day gladiators, although paid on an exponentially higher scale. Suborban parents are not letting their kids do either (soccer or travel baseball for them), but are happy to host parties watching others play it/box.

I was giving the criteria for becoming a professional athlete of any stripe. I imagine if you compared the genetics of, say, NFL offensive linemen, you wouldn’t be able to pick out the stars. Poll coaches on their work ethic and dedication and you would do far better.

I would say, Europeans had outwitted equines and leaned to ride them thousands of years ago. Others were still, and still are, chasing them for food. Evolving to race against equines to eat surely makes them much faster.
