The religious right would not be a thing. Topless beaches might be a thing. Marijuana would be be legal nationwide. Health insurance might be affordable. Baton Rouge might have a loop. The Comite diversion canal might be a reality.
St. George would be a City. Houston would not have flooded. High-speed rail would be doable. People would be happier. We would get along better. Women would look better. Breasts would be bigger, firmer. People would be thinner, healthier. There would be no race relations problems.
The poor would be eradicated. Global warming would be solved. Women would like sex. Men would do the dishes. Children would listen. Dogs would poop in flowerbeds where you don’t have to pick it up.
Your sister-in-Law would tell your wife how lucky she is. Bars would serve free drinks to men. All would be right with the world.

I'd be skeptical of Kim Jong Un being in power in 2019.
Saddam Hussein would likely be alive and still running Iraq, unless he had fricked up pretty bad.
We would have experienced 2 economic recessions, one major, one minor.
Several airline companies would still exist.
Pontiac would be GM's performance brand competing with Dodge.
Corvette's mid engine car would be in it's second generation.
Barrack Obama would have almost certainly served only one term.
Donald Trump may not have run for President. Would have never won the Democratic or Republican nomination if he had.
Our infrastructure would be more modernized and in much better shape.

Rush Limbaugh and Fox News were on the upswing at the time so I'm pretty sure our politics would be just as fricked up. Fearmongers going to fearmonger, regardless of 9/11.
Freedom fries would've never been a thing.
The Dixie Chicks would be much wealthier.
We wouldn't have thousands of first responders dealing with chronic, often fatal, lung disease after responding to the towers (a group which republicans still won't offer government assistance/compensation).
Rudy Guiliani would've faded into obscurity instead of showing up on our TVs every night.

The Middle East wouldn’t be as fricked up as it is right now with the exception of Iran. The Arab Spring would have probably never happened and dictators would still rule all of the Middle East which would have kept the Middle East more peaceful because these new groups that come out of the countries where there are civil wars are even worse than the dictators. The Middle East needs dictators in order to keep the region stable
