There is a women in the office that is constantly signing some stupid song and it is giving me a headache. How do i tell this bitch to shut up and that signing is really not excepted in an office environment?

walk up to her and politely ask her to stop. Don't be afraid of confrontation.
If she wont, then go above her head to your boss/manager etc and tell them how its impacting your work.
