The worst thing you can do when a girl breaks up with you, is to make it look like it affected you. Once you do that, she will say "Oh wow what a total weak bitch, I am so glad I broke up with that loser, I definitely made the right choice"
If you do the opposite and make it look like it didn't affect you one bit, she will start to question herself. "Why is he not sad? Why does it seem like he doesn't care? Why is he not bothered?" and then she wonders what was wrong with her. Then she tries to win him back to give her the peace of mind that it wasn't her, and to prove him wrong.
If you want to get a girl who broke up with you back, say nothing more than "OK" with a confident smile when she tells you she is done. She wants you to act a fool, act all angry and upset and distressed about it, because that makes you look like a weak pathetic bitch and it gives her closure and peace of mind that she did the right thing.

Nothing turns a woman off more than the man in the relationship being so thirsty and over invested.
People are going to roast me for this comment but women are attracted to men that other women want, and are attracted to a man who has options. The best way to keep a woman invested in you is to always have one foot out the door and run strong dread game to subconciously let her know you are willing to walk out the door at any time.
If the man is unwilling to walk out the door(the most powerful tool in a man's arsenal - the most powerful tool in a woman's arsenal is her vagina), then the woman has all the leverage.
I’ve heard something along the lines of “the best relationship is where the woman loves the man and the man likes the woman.”

9 years ago this book cured my severe post partum depression in 3 days. I had never been depressed before or again.
This book is fun and easy to read, it taught me things I am still using almost a decade later. It takes emotional skills to not be depressed when life shits on you. As a modern society we are lacking in these. Many of our grandparents kept calm and carried on with the world burning around them because they had the emotional skills to do so. Pills do not give you emotional skills.
Good luck and don’t talk yourself into failing at life because you are sad today.

And that’s assuming you want her back in the first place. Know this, if your shite is reasonably together and you’re in decent shape, your stock rises until you’re 50, her’s peaks at 18 and steadily declines, precipitously after 30. Good wife material is repelled by chronic failure and tears. It is important to blame yourself when applicable. Pick a trade, persevere to completion of credentials, and be a good worker. Respectable women will not bother with you unless you are capable of this.
