Just guilt her into sex.

There is your problem. The TV is what is making you tired.

Stop watching TV, and go to bed when your wife does. When you're in bed think these two things and everything else will take care of itself.

1. That's the same girl you wanted so badly for so long.
2. Underneath those PJs she's naked.

One more thing, now that I think about it. You have to show some interest in her during the course of the evening. Ask her about her day and listen a little. The main thing that turns women off is selfish behavior by their man (That's not to say that many of them aren't selfish, but you don't have control of that).

make it a priority.

don't forget to "date" each other. set aside weekly time to do something with your spouse. your spouse should be your number one priority in a marriage, followed by kids. i say that because if the two of you are in sync you've been a solid foundation for your kids to model.

The thing is you’re not too tired to do anything, you’re just in the habit of plopping down in front of the TV. A nightly family walk is a good way to break the monotonous routine.

Try not to make it a deal where you have to always "do something" What you are talking about up there is just a season in your life. Learn to enjoy just sitting together watching TV.

Still, good to plan some things occasionally, date night etc. Send her or get her flowers from time to time if she likes that.

I will be celebrating 30 years of marriage in February.

That would be too expensive. Please list a more cost efficient way.

While I agree with most of the advice given in here, it’s also apparent it’s mostly men trying to keep things interesting. Do the women get a pass here? Why is it on the men to do a lot of this shite
