Damn AT&T. They switch the DTV accounts to AT&T. It shows me a bill but no damn way to pay online.

Don’t worry, direct tv isn’t bashful about taking your money directly from your checking account

AT&T

There's the problem.

How that company functions daily is an absolute mystery.

lets assume u have att for something else like internet . you go on line to that account and dig through the pyramid of menus to find "Link Accounts" You link all ur accounts together. you will have 1 bill for all. If u dont have att for anything elcse call the 800 number and go thru a dozen menus, talk with 5 or 6 foreigners from Asia, and get disconnected. Wait 2 months and you'll receive a late payment notice, a posible disconnect notice, and a coupon for 50% off your first 3 months as a new customer.

Their complete lack of internal communication is mind boggling. Especially since they're a communication company.

The few times I’ve called Directv, I get girls named Kelly from the Utah call center.

I think you’re lying.

It’s a pain in the arse. Still better than cox though. I’m keeping directv until my intro rate runs out then dumping them and cutting the cord finally

Call them and explain the problem. I give you my most solemn oath that they will not let you off the line until you know how to pay them, and will have provided you an opportunity to pay them while on the call.
