I’m small. 5’7 172. I think I might be in the 5’6 range nowadays with some back issues I’m having.
My wife is a little over 5’9. She’s the shortest person in her entire extended family. Her dad is 6’3. Brother is 6’4. Mom is 5’11. An aunt that’s 6’0. A cousin that’s 6’5.
So to my kids: I tried. We’ll see if the plan worked. But I tried.

I’ve always been taller than most everyone else around so I don’t know any different. Every now and then somebody says something about it. I met a coworker for the first time after a years worth of video calls and he called me a giant.

I'm the shortest guy on my dad's side of the family at 6'2. My mom's side is pretty short though. I have an aunt that's 4'11 on her side.
