How racist am I being?

I moved my family into a rental home in Denham springs after the flood. It's one of those cookie cutter neighborhoods with front loading garages, smallish yards, and faux French "architecture". Seems like it's 98% white just from checking the neighborhood out. Definitely not upscale and I could tell it had some run down homes for being a neighborhood less than 10 years old.

Fast forward two weeks and now I'm dealing with some annoying neighborhood kids and I'm not sure how to handle it.

My oldest kid is my 11 year old daughter. In our old neighborhood in central she and her school friends could go out in the yard and play with no problems.

Here, on day one after moving in she was outside with her mom riding bikes when 3 little kids came up to them and talked to them, followed them home and wanted to play. These kids were all older boys between 12 and 14 and yes you guessed by the title they are black.

Here's where things start to get a little difficult.

Now everyday 4 to 6 boys come over, all black (must be every black kid in the hood because I'm not seeing many black households) and they're all older boys. They ditch their bikes in our front yard and knock on the door asking to play. Now we can't go outside without being harassed. I always tell them she's too young and she has to be with her parents but they won't relent. "I'm only a year older mr device."

Originally I put up a basketball goal but they took it over and were always playing on it so I got rid of it.

I drive up and have to scatter them. It's gotten pretty ridiculous. I have to constantly ask myself if I'd be this protective if they were white but frick it I'm a dad and I dont feel comfortable with these kids around and that should be enough, right?

TL;DR Denham Springs is trashy.
