How old were you when you first saw someone flashing people during Mardi Gras?

I was 18 or 19 the first time I went to Bourbon St for Mardi Gras and I just remember being surprised how often it actually happened.

I re read that before posting. I was debating whether it should be for or on.
I was in New Orleans for Mardi Gras which was the same reason I was on bourbon street so I stuck with for.
