A bunch of people who are there specifically to get drunk and be wild.
Seriously, I always wondered if those people ever had any success. If there was at least one time when they talked to someone on Bourbon St during Mardi Gras and made them change their life at that moment.

4 or 5. I had a huge smile on my face. And my mom noticed. She wasn't to happy with the young lady.
