23 and 2. Bought a house way above our means at the time we didn’t need without any kids. 17 years later we sold it with 3 kids.

I bought my first house at 27. Then gave it to my ex wife in the divorce a few years later. Rented for 10 years and now have my parents' house.

And to answer thread, bought my first at 28 two years ago.

Technically the first house I owned, I inherited from my parents (only child and they were much older when they had me, I lived there taking care of them until they passed).
My second house was the first one I bought, I bought it when I was 34. That's where I live currently.
I've owned six total (the one I inherited, the one where I live, and four rental properties which I since sold). The next house I buy will be my last, looking for land on which to build.

24, just closed on our 5th one today in Rockport to replace our weekend place that was blown away by Harvey, it's been a long 8+ months.
