Pretty much this. I'm mid-30s and though i havent broke anything when I started to have sprains that would take months to heal I gave up. Its been a couple of years now.
I will still go out with my boy and show him how to do something on the driveway, but as far as going somewhere and spend the afternoon skating, I'm done.
