The female patrons will determine that. Its probably a lot less about age than you think. Good looking 30 yr old will be more welcomed than a 19 yr old hideous creep.

On big game weekends, you're never too old.

How old is too old to hang out in Tigerland bars? by ForeverLSU02On a side note, there is a guy from down around Berwick/Morgan City with the initials SG that used to wait tables with me almost 10 years ago. I think the guy had been in school for over ten years and was at Fred's nightly. He must have been in his early 30s then

He's the first person I thought of when I clicked on this thread!!!!!

I used to party with him when he lived on brightside 15 years ago. I still see him at walkons every gameday.

If you have fun go, if you don't then don't. It's not difficult. You would really base your decision on whether to go somewhere based on what a bunch of people on a message board say?

It is all up to how you feel. If you feel too old, then you're probably too old. I haven't been to Bogies in a long time ( ) but whenever I go I don't usually feel too old. I also dont tend to go on Thursday nights and the likes.

Lately I have felt more comfortable at Ivars but I will go back to Bogies at some point and will not feel bad about it, even being 28.

My wife had a friend who held his bachelor party in Tigerland -- guy had to be in his late 30s/early 40s. The guy went out to dinner with his buddies, then they took a limo to Tigerland. Apparently, they had a good time reminiscing about the days gone by. And let's face it, your money goes far in those bars.

A few years ago, I was friends with a party guy in his early 20s who wanted to go to Tigerland. He was from Ohio and wanted to pull college girls. He talked about trying to get his friends to go with him, but it never happened. I figured that would either be a good time, like we would all get drunk for cheap and someone would end up screwing a 21-year-old, or it would be an awful time, like we would get ignored by young women and realize we were old losers.

Actually, yes I would base my decision to go on what other mindful individuals have to say. Isn't that how most people make choices? I'm a moderate conformist.

You're not capable of making your own choices?

Nobody makes their own choices lol. People decide what to do based on a lot of motivating factors. How naive of you to think that your decisions aren't externally influenced.
