Once a week? Twice a month?

Also how do you vacuum the carpet under the bed in the bedroom if your vacuum cleaner can't reach under it? Can you get away with not vacuuming there at all?

Once a week everywhere for me. Floors mopped 3 days a week. I don't do it, though. Housekeeper does it.

You let dust and crap build up under your beds? Gross.

I was wondering this same thing the other day, as I have just moved into a place with carpet. I vacuum once a week though.

Get one of those cordless lay flats for under the bed. It doesn't have to be a Dyson or anything something like a dirt devil would suffice.

Twice a week on any surface w/ fiber, and a murphys oil bucket and a rag every Sunday for hardwoods.

Who has time for this? I try to pass a dust mop every few days. But it definitely doesnt always happen. I dont know what it costs for you to get a housekeeper to come out 3 times a week, but I'd be broke. That happens every two weeks.

I think my roomba does it 2 or 3 times a week. That little bastard gets under everything.

When you see marijuana sprouts coming up from the seeds you spilled onto the carpet. Transfer said sprouts to the greenhouse in your backyard.

Just pull it up. Even if you couldn't afford to replace with laminate or wood, the bare subfloor would be better for you.

Are you talking about your wife or do you really pay a three times a week housekeeper? What does that run you?

Wow I can't imagine shampooing carpets several times every week. How much time do you spend doing this? Aren't your carpets basically constantly wet? Go with some type of hard surface and get your life back.

This has already been done in my bedroom. I also don't let the animals in there.
