My family is pretty close knit. We try to see them as often as possible. But we are in TN and they are mainly in MT, SD, ND and MN. This year we get to see them twice. My mom's side for my cousins wedding in August and then we are flying back to MT for Thanksgiving to see my grandparents and dad's side. So exited.
We see my MIL maybe every two months, and the rest of my husband's family in LA pretty often.
Bonus is my family and my husband's family get along super well. My MIL gets invited to all my extended family events. Like whether we are there or not, they'd still want her to come.

My parents lived in River Ridge. We drove to Hammond every Saturday or Sunday. When I got married I went every other weekend. They're all gone now, but me. I'm happy there wasn't internet and text back then

See parents and siblings 2-3 times a week
Grandparents a couple times a month
The rest I might see a handful times a year
This is part of the reason why I’m still living in Louisiana

As far as cousins go, it’s been a long time.
Both sisters live in Texas so i don’t get to see their little ones very much.
Just hard to randomly have time to go see them

I see my parents a few times per month. One sibling about 3-4 times per year and the other one about once per year (if that).
I only see extended family every 3 or 4 years unless someone dies. All of my grandparents are dead.

I see my parents, a sister, and her kids pretty often but that’s about.
Everyone lives in different parts of the country and eventually just kind of grew apart. It’s sad but nothing I can do other than maybe organize a vacation every couple of years, which we try to do.

I see my parents monthly. My sister slightly less than that. Nephews all the time if my fridge is stocked with food and beer.
My dad’s side had a reunion every year. My mom’s side pretty much hate or are indifferent to each other (10 kids, at least 2 in the hereafter).

Everyday. I live down a family road.
Ets: I just remembered I talked to my sister also who lives one town over from my cousin. About my nephews birthday dinner.

We are having a family reunion in a week for my moms side…see them a couple times a year…dad was only child and he passed last summer.

Unless there’s some issues there, that’s just sad.

I see my parents no less than once every 2 weeks. I see my brother, his wife and daughter once every 1 to 2 months. My oldest brother passed away last September, but before he passed I would only see him 1 time per year or so.
Pre-Pandmmit, I would see my cousins once per year at a family Memorial Day cookout. I haven't seen any of them in person since 2019.
