Never
The only time I’m inside a church would be for my son‘s choir concert or for a funeral.
But I wouldn’t call that “going to church”

Almost every Sunday for Sunday School (I teach) & church service, weekly Bible studies almost every week, Wed night service about once a month (work conflicts), meetings and grandchildren functions. So, I'm there quite a bit.

Used to never go, now try to go weekly and still feel like I fall short. I'd probably go multiple times a week if I could. Personal anecdote, but when I started actually listening and pondering what was being read and said, it made all the difference.
Getting older is enjoying going to church.

90% of the Sundays for Sunday school and the service. Infrequently on Wednesday’s. We do a men’s breakfast once a week that I need to start getting up and going to.

I go weekly unless I am out of state

I have no idea what your feelings of "falling short" stem from, so don't take this as an attempt to judge the merits of your feelings either way, but I am saying this because I have had that feeling of never feeling like I was doing enough or "good enough".
It took me a while to realize, I am not "good enough" and it is God's mercy and grace (and of course Jesus) that bridge the gap. I take a lot comfort in the fact that God gives his grace abundantly (1 Tim 1:13-14; 2 Cor 9:8). He isn't only giving out a little grace - it is overflowing. This promise obviously isn't an excuse to sin and do whatever I want (Rom 6: 1-3), but something I think Christians need to take courage and confidence in.

I go daily. I also watch recorded services during my lunch hour

I may miss 1 or 2 Sundays a year and recently I started going to as many Wednesday morning masses as I can. Today, it did not work out.

Usually every Sunday and Wednesday.

There's nothing like the feeling of sitting in a room full of people looking for someone other than me to solve all their problems.

I probably make 3 out of 4 sundays a month

I am impressed it takes more Faith to be an Atheist than it does to believe in a Creator.
Believing in God isn't anything special. Even the demons believe.
You will meet him...we all will.

Most people are atheistic toward Greek gods or Viking gods or Hindu gods or whatever. Some of us go one god further.
