Sorry, I should have specified that I meant public restrooms.
I wash my hands like every 30-45 minutes at home and obviously anytime I use the restroom.

Since I've been in Texas for a while, I've noticed that almost everyone does. In Louisiana, nobody does. I never do, and I refuse to be guilt-tripped into doing it.
