Every time because I'm civilized.
However I'll posit a slightly different question: if there is a Purell station, is it sufficient to not wash your hands with soap and water and just use disinfectant? I'd argue yes.

I'm kind of a germaphobe butI don't wash my hands anymore after peeing. I'm woke as frick on this issue after a Howie Mandel interview I listened to. He's basically got clinical levels of OCD when it comes to germs. He laid out a compelling case as to how you end up picking up more germs just from running the water in there than you do from touching your own body. I used to wash my hands whenever possible, even making special trips to the BR just to do that.
I don't touch anything in bathrooms anymore. I walk in. I pee. I don't flush anything unless it's automatic, and then I walk tf out.

It's a function of how sweaty my junk is. Did I get out of the shower an hour ago and just sat on the couch? Not gonna wash my hands. Did I just come in off a job site in July. Definitely gonna wash my hands.

Almost never. Of course... I don't piss all over my hands when I do. I hold mine by the side, not on the end like some of you seem to do.

My question is what do we consider the purpose of hand washing? To clean your hands, right?
The majority of men who wash their hands in public restrooms after peeing aren't actually getting their hands cleaner. They're liking adding more bacteria to them.
I don't expect a lot of the retards here to grasp this concept, but I'm still going to aware everyone.
ETA: if you have a filthy penis or regularly piss all over your hands then I support you washing your hands after peeing
