He could likely monetize the site even more but I don't think he wants to risk losing he secret sauce. The valuation is very straightforward because he can get X amount per as per page view and Y ads per page. Consider user base growth rates and discount the cash flows to a present value. That's the price based on its current format.
If someone thought about adding new revenue streams, then they may be willing to pay more if that's what it took for Chicken to sell.
