I don't know but after that vitamin d thread the other day I had my levels checked. 30-100 is normal. I'm at a 21 despite being in the sun a good bit.

Does it really matter how much sleep you're getting if it's the end of the world as we know it?

Eta: I feel fine

We have talked about this topic for years and my sleep and answers have not changed. The ONLY thing that has changed for me is that I just do not fight it or try any more. I am tired of trying to fix something that frankly, I have never been able to fix

I sleep 5 hours a night and have for over 30 years. Ive done it all and I just cant sleep. I dont want to sleep and just dont GAF anymore about trying

Its 5 hours a night and that is all that its ever going to be until it is 24 hours a night

Nothing wrong with 5 hours. Sometimes even shiny happy people only get 5 hours

Try Prazosin if you have PTSD nightmares.
