375 is cool depending on your weight, but not in conjunction with only 1900 calories. You aren't getting the macros you need...

Agree. That would be 1500 of 1900 calories solely from protein. Get some clean fats and complex carbohydrates. I could imagine little to no energy on a diet like this.

So 1500 of your 1900 calories was protein. How is that even possible?? Did you just chug protein powder and egg whites?

1.3 x (your weight) = optimal amount. The rest will just convert to fat

I ate egg whites for breakfast, tuna lettuce wraps for lunch. Part of that pulled pork they are referencing when I got home wrapped in ham. A spinach and eggwhite omelot for supper. And I was hungry at about midnight, so I made a dozen egg whites.

This was not a planned diet, just a freak occurrence.

Is it even worth it making a protein shake with more than 30g's of protein?

Why are you eating egg whites and not whole eggs?

Unless you are 300lbs and full of sauce, no.

I've heard that only 25-30 grams goes to your muscles in each serving but the extra protein is used in other parts of your body. Have you heard anything like that?

I have heard this as well but I do not think it is true either. This explains a little about how our bodies absorb protein.

I guess the question is, how long before you're ready for another 30g?

I feel like I can't come close to 160g's in a day. That's a shitload of protein. I also just don't wanna eat that much damn food.

I usually get about 150-160 per day strictly from whole foods and only eat between 1500 and 1800 calories per day.
