I can get your basic one at Lowes for $100'ish.

Are they easy to install? I'm sure the parts aren't included in with the actual toilet.

$150 max with the wax ring and piece of pipe it takes to connect to a wall. YouTube is your friend and should take you 25 mins if nothing crazy happens

Should be pretty easy for a normal person to do on their own.

You’re gonna have to pay some one.

Get the thicker wax ring. It'll save you trouble down the road

If you are a real man it’s easy.

If you resemble this pay someone to do it.

Go with the elongated bowl and higher flush power

Pretty easy and costs under 200 with wax ring and everything

This. Spend the extra $100 and save yourself from having to replace half of the parts in the next few years

I hate dealing with wax rings. Get the Saniseal foam rubber one. It's worth the extra couple of bucks.

Yeah, No mess, bolts stay nice and straight up and not flopping around with a wax ring so it's easy to set the toilet. If you set it wrong a wax ring is shot. The saniseal is reusable. I had to pull my toilet to snake the drain and didn't have to go get a new seal.
