while true, you can do a normal divorce without allegations of fault (to get rid of the 180/365 day requirement) but still have permanent spousal support denied for fault. to receive PSS, a spouse has to be "free from fault" which means a lot more than adultery

She did a lot of talking about how they were just something she wanted for her own self esteem reasons (fwiw she did have some pretty ugly boobies) of course I reassured her and told her that I was into her the way God made her. All for the best as it turns out I am remarried to a woman who I adore and truly don't deserve. We had been friends for many years and live our lives on the same page, a team. A good marriage is truly eye opening if you are fortunate enough to be part of one.

I don’t have actual data to back it up, but I know a lot of folks that had them done. Not one is with the same dude she was with when she got them. Not a single one. I know one poor sob who didn’t even get to feel them. His wife filed before she was healed. Talk about low blow.

Technically the tax payers would be footing most of the bill in this situation though.

The cheating spouse can still get interim spousal support that will be in place up to six months after the marriage. The fact that she cheated, if it can be proven, will drastically reduce the amount of time the payor spouse is sucked dry. Which, coincidentally, will be the only time that he is "sucked dry" by his wife.
