Depends.
If its a morning drive and I've had a lot of coffee, probably twice.
Later in morning/early afternoon usually once (gas, piss, snacks).

everyone in this thread is lying...if you live in south Louisiana and you drive 5 hours in either direction on I-10 everyone of you white trash trailer parker mf'rs are stopping at a Buccee's

If I have my kids, and there is a Buccees, we're stopping and it isn't going to be a short stop.

Or get a real EV. I charge to 90% for a regular 220 mile trip, dont make any stops and get back with 10%. While driving fast.
