Imagine a family of five including three boys (14, 14 & 11) involved in sports.....it’s terrifying but I have become a whiz at the process

Once. Sunday. The gf does it all through the week but I do my two loads sunday night and it lasts me the week.

Wife does the kids clothes. I do leftover laundry on weekends typically our stuff. We both hate laundry.

We do 7-8 loads a week. Towels are single use, and we all do sports. That means 3-5 towels per day, plus two outfits per person. It all adds up super quickly.
Laundry is done prob 4 days a week. I like to keep up with it.

What sports do you play? Are you good at basketball, considering that that you’re 6’2”?

Just the wife and I but it's still at least 3-4 loads per week. I'm retired and do all the maintenance on the house and all yard work so I'm doing something almost daily outside getting sweaty like a pig this time of year.

Nothing to it really. It's not like you're heading down to the river bank with lye soap and a washboard to clean the damn things. Drop them in a machine, push a few buttons and walk away. Drop them in a dryer, push a few buttons and walk away.

once a week for normal clothes, but I wash my gi and rash guard with vinegar & lye detergent as soon as I get home from class
