How many things have you had break in a week?

The DeathValley household has been pretty damn unlucky over the last few weeks
-AC went out. Ended up having to replace the board. Turned out when the house was purchased they did not change the original 24v wire going outside which was submerged during Katrina
-Dryer stopped working. Luckily it was just the timer. Found it at a local appliance store.
-My wife (no pics) computer’s keyboard stopped working. It’s a Mac and she’s in the middle of grad school so all of her work is on it. Would have liked to just buy a new one. But had no choice but to have it fixed.
-Blow tire on my truck. Had a nail in the sidewall, didn’t realize. Ended up replacing two tires.
- AT&T Internet stopped working. Didn’t cost anything to fix, but did cancel and go with Cox. Much faster, same price.
-Prior to all of those I had safelite replace a windshield on my truck. I was due for an inspection tag and since nothing else had issues, said it would be a good time.
-Bonus, wild weed eating cracked one of my front windows. Haven’t fixed yet but it’s one of those gas insulated double pane, so probably expensive.
TL:DR- Lots of random stuff broke in a week, when it rains it pours. “dear Facebook”.

I broke my PornHub Premium viewing streak to read this post.
I don't know which disappoints me more.

how old is the window?
where did you buy it; almost every company that sells and installs the newer windows offer and will honor a lifetime accidental glass breakage warranty
unless they came from Juan in a truck or you cant figure out where they came from, you should be able to get it replace for free
you might be able to figure out where it came from by opening and titling the top sash in; there should be a manufacturers sticker that will help you out on the top or bottom rail of one of the sashes (usually the top sash)

When we moved into our house we replaced the AC inside, outside and ducts, new kitchen appliances, even updated the pool equipment. As soon as everything was done the hot water heater broke...

Breaking a few hymens during quarantine is a very Arkansas thing to do.

We bought the house after it was renovated in 2015. It was gutted and cleaned in 06 post Katrina.
I will call our contractor to see if he knows who did the windows.

couldn't you have just plugged in a keyboard and offloaded the material?
ETA: Oven, hot water in shower and washer have all stopped working properly since rona
