I can't believe you would post on the internet, and personal insults using offensive terms no less, when there's been a natural disaster. Seaux fricked up of you.

Good luck with your workout though.

Thank you.

You fat baws need to do 10 an hour and hit some air squats too.

I do approx 50-100 depending on if I work or not. This includes both close and very wide stance to work different muscle groups.

If only Push-ups could fix your unfortunate political leanings and the social diarrhea that spews forth from your mouth.

I’m hopeful for you.

Typically 30-40 push-ups and 50 sit-ups a day, definitely need to increase it. I usually do 2-300 jump ropes also that I loved doing from boxing days

500 every other day until I can get back in the gym. Typically sets of 30 every 5 minutes with some sets of 50 sprinkled in.

Not at all related to OP, but I wear my LSU gear in Boise all the time. Every now and again I'll get a "Geaux Tigers".

But to answer, I knocked out a set of 30 while I was cooking yesterday. I try to knock out a set or two everyday, just to make sure I'm alright.

If you do it right, you can get hiit cardio in at the same time. Reduce rest time between sets to keep your heart rate up in the 130s for 20 straight minutes. Do squats first and your body will release test and hgh which makes the pushups more effective. Getting it all done in 30 minutes is much more effective that stretching it out over a longer tine period. Squats aren’t just for fatties

I do the Murph every day beginning at 4am. I end my evening with a 75 mile bike ride after 2-1/2 hours at the gym.
