not fair bullying someone for conditions at birth
but if their behavior makes them an a-hole then theyre fair game?

8 to 10% is I believe what Barry and his crew think or something similar to that number. Whatever Barry says you can take to the bank

I guess we will see if 08 is true to his word.

I'd imagine fewer than for those who should be in prison forever

there are quite a few. A lot of people have been released based on thankless, relentless work of heroes. what also sucks is when corruption from years ago that lead to false incarceration is uncovered, there are never any consequences. The state just pays up a predetermined amount per year imprisonment and nothing else happens.
I am sure it happens more in small towns/counties. The book I am reading is John Grisham’s new book “The Guardian”. There is a non profit group whose job is to work on cases they are 99% sure the person is innocent. They get a lot of letters and many are from guilty people claiming they are innocent, but they read the letters, keep the ones that seem legit then the group discusses, if they all agree it’s worth looking into, they do their own investigation first then proceed from there. In one particular case a well know lawyer in a small Florida town was killed.
The more they get into it it seems like the police frames the guy who was found guilty. I have to think this is something that probably goes on around the country, more than we realize..

I think it's a really small percentage, and I don't trust the whole "we-found-this-other-DNA-and-some-dead-cop-lied-so-let-him-out" thing anyway.
Once they're in there, throw away the key. You're probably fooling yourself trying to revise history 30 years later, and don't want him out after he's been in there anyway.

Im not one who thinks jokes should be censored, however; I do think jokes should be funny.
