How many of you "non flu shot getters" will get a Corona vaccine when ready?

I have never had the flu shot in my life.(I'am 54) Was going to start getting that and pneumonia this year but forgot. Yes, I need to start doing old people shite. My bullet proof days are gone.

If it was ready sometime soon, sure. But if this vaccine is more than a year away I might just forget about it.

I hope you understand that the flu shot is just a guess. We do not know what strain of flu will be problematic for the northern hemisphere. So an educated guess is made and vaccines are made for that particular strain of flu will be based on events in the Southern Hemisphere. If it ends up being a different strain than that which it was guessed to be (which it often is) then the flu shot you got is not going to do anything.

A lot of is who are healthy just make the sensible choice to go to an annual exam or whatever and call it a day . Depending on how this goes and risk factors I would not be opposed on principle to taking a vaccine. I think you approach medical issues from a medical standpoint, not an ideological one.

I will get it. I have covid right now and it isn't fun but the worst part is being on house arrest effectively. I get the flu shot every year. I still got the flu last year but it was mild thanks to the vaccine. I am gonna start getting the pneumonia vaccine starting next year.

As I am required by Navy policy to get the flu shot every year, I'm assuming Navy policy will update itself to require me to get the Wuhan Flu shot as well.

This is such a tired, uneducated, bullshite line. At the very least it will decrease the severity of symptoms and, across a population of millions, makes a significant impact.

The TDS-suffering fool doesn't understand that the hydroxychloroquine cocktail Trump is talking about had documented success so far. Hopefully the little loon will contract the virus and stick to his principles in denying himself the treatment because OMB. Everyone would be better for it
